Refund Policy
Most of our items are personalized and made to order, which means we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before placing your purchase.
We will, however, gladly offer a replacement or refund if an error was made on our end (such as incorrect personalization or a manufacturing defect). If this occurs, please contact us at shop@muujeepress.com within 5 business days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Because each item is custom made, we cannot be responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer (such as misspellings or incorrect dates).
If you have any concerns before ordering—such as color, sizing, or personalization format—please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help clarify details before production begins.
